470 - European Championship 2016 - Palma de Mallorca ESP - Day 2 - the Swiss

Passing thunderstorm cells inhibited racing at the 470 Europeans on Palma Bay yesterday and the plan is to conclude the Qualification Series for the Gold- and Silverfleets today.
Yannick Brauchli/Romuald Hausser SUI on the 13th place in the 470 men and Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI as 22nd in the 470 women are well positioned to make the Goldfleet cut. As 30th in the 470 men, Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart SUI have also a fair chance to qualify for Gold, i.e. the best 35 teams of the fleet. David Biedermann/Max Haenssler SUI follow as 44th.
