Olympic & Paralympic Classes - Delta Lloyd Regatta - Medemblik NED, the Swiss

The Delta-Lloyd-Regatta of the Olympic and Paralympic Classes, the second Act of the EUROSAF-Champions-Sailing Cups, will begin today on the Ijssel-Meer. While European nations are mainly represented by development teams, there are numerous overseas top sailors benefitting from this event to remain in shape for the Weymouth Worldcup Regatta.
Switzerland is represented in the Lasers Standard by Guillaume Girod SUI and Nils Theuninck SUI and in the Lasers Radial by Andrea Nordquist SUI. The three Paralympic Classes 2.4m, Skud-18 and Sonar compete for their World Champions' titles.
