Optimist - North American Championship 2016 - Antigua ANT - Day 2

The Optimist North American Championship went underway last Tuesday on Antigua where also strong South-Americans and a New Zealand Team participate. The only Europeans are the Swiss delegation. After 5 races, sailed in a well-established seabreeze of up to 16 kn, Hernan Umpierre URU leads closely followed by the best girl Mia Nicolosi ISV. Stephen Baker USA is 3rd. 144 participants from 19 nations.
