After the good performance of the windsurfer Mateo Sanz-Lanz SUI in the RS:X men during the first two days (rank 13 after 6 races), the two 470 teams and above all the Nacra catamaran performed extremely well.
Matias Bühler/Nathalie Brugger SUI lead in the Nacra 17 thanks to a race win ! The lake-like conditions on the inner courses were also appreciated by Yannick Brauchli/Romuald Hausser SUI with the day ranks 11 and 4 bringing them on the 7th place overall in the 470 men. As 11th overall in the 470 women, Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI had also a solid first day.
