No racing on the last day of the Star Class Midwinters in Miami and the classifications after five races became final. World Champion Augie Diaz with Arnis Baltins USA finished first with a 7 points' lead on Alberto Zanetti ARG/Matk Strube USA. On rank 3 followed with the same number of points Jim Buckingham/Craig Moss USA. Henrik Dannesboe/Jan Bonhoeffer SUI terminated the event on the 23rd place.
