J/70, Melges 20, M32 - Sportboat Winter Series, Act IV - Monaco MON - Day 1, the Swiss

The J/70, Melges 20 and M32-catamarans joined the Optimists in Monaco yesterday, and the moderate Eastwind around 10 kn allowed to sail the full program.
In the largest fleet, the J/70s, Ldovico Fassitelli ITA leads after 3 races closely followed by Alain Stettler SUI. On rank 3 follow at equal points Petr Nosov ITA and Gerd Knospe GER. With Stéphane Meylan SUI as 7th and René Ott SUI as 10th, two more SUI teams are well placed.
Youri Morozov RUS and his team dominated in the Melges 20 with the ranks 1/1/2 klar. 9 of the 12 teams are Russian.
