Laser - Europacup 2017 - CV Lago di Lugano SUI - Day 2, the Swiss

The wind was late on the second day of the Lugano Laser Europacup on the past weekend and the over 200 participants have been kept waiting until 15 h CET, when all fleets finally sailed two races each in a 8-10 kn breeze.
Federica Catarozzi ITA won both races of her Group in the Lasers 4.7 and advanced on the 1st place overall. Mateo Guardigli ITA and Giorgia Cingolani ITA follow on the ranks 2 and 3 at some distance. Rosine Baudet SUI improved her ranking to the 5th position. Italian superiority also in the Lasers Radial. Guido Gallinaro ITA on top won 4 of the 5 heats of his Group. Giona Renggli SUI is 12th among the 63 participants. First in the small Laser Standard fleet is Marco Gallo ITA with 4 race wins ahead of Michele Vezzoli ITA. Arthur Baudet SUI on rank 7 is the best Swiss.
