Optimist - North-American Championship 2017 - Toronto CAN - Final results, Zimmerli 28th, Van der Klink 31stiss

The shifty wind allowed to sail only one race on the last day of the Optimist North American Championship on Lake Ontario/Toronto.
Stephan Baker USA was again the winner and finished the event as superior Champion with a 7 points' advantage on Thomas Kerrigan. Anastassios Gkaripis GRE moved up as 3rd on the podium with a 3rd rank in the last race. The best Swiss Luis Zimmerli SUI occupies the 28th place, Paul Van der Klink SUI follows on rank 31 among the 178 participants from 20 nations.
