The short races in Marseille sailed in perfect 15-18 kn conditions were most probably decisive for the final outcome of the 2017 Tour de France. Only the leading 'Fondation FDJ' with Damien Séguin FRA could qualify for the Final of the best 8 and leads before the last Act in Nizza with a 20 points' advantage on 'SFS' with Sofian Bouvet FRA. As 10th yesterday, Bernard Stamm SUI with his 'Cheminées Poujoulat' missed the Final as well and descended on rank 8 overall. The two 'CER' teams remained on the ranks 18 (Victor Casas SUI) and 22 (Nelson Mettraux SUI).
