The Melges 24 World Championship 2017 in Helsinki FIN began yesterday with two races.

On rank 4 is Kevin Welch USA with the two-times Olympic medalist Ross MacDonald CAN as tactician. Michael Good SUI, the only Swiss in Helsinki, follows on rank 49 among the 59 teams from 14 nations.
