49er, 49erFX - European Championship 2017 - Kiel GER - Day 3, the Swiss

The 49ers concluded the Gold-/Silverfleet qualification races yesterday with two races sailed in light winds without changes on top of the rankings. Fletcher/Bithell GBR stay on top 6 points ahead of Peters/Sterritt GBR and Gilmour/ Turner AUS at equal points. Apart from Sébastien Schneider/Lucien Cujean SUI (rank 24), some other top-teams missed the Goldfleet cut, such as Rast/Burd USA (rank 27) or Scheidt/Borges BRA (rank 42). The Swiss development teams follow on the rank 81 (Bachelin/de Planta) and 87 (Haenssler/Haenssler SUI).
Leader change in the 49ersFX where Annemiek Bekkering/Cecile Janmaat NED replaced the Olympic medalists Jena-Mai Hansen/Katja Salskov DEN on top. The best of the day Tina Lutz/Susann Beucke GER (ranks 1/1/2) advanced on rank 3. Livia Naef/Nelia Puhse SUI are now on the 58th place.
