Optimist European Championship 2017 - Bourgas BUL - Day 2 - good Swiss results

Yesterday was "Swiss day2 at the Optimist European Championship on the Black Sea. In moderate winds around 10 kn, Natascha Rast SUI was the best of the day in the Girls with the ranks 1 and 3, and advanced on rank 13 overall. Good progress also for Anja Camusso SUI with the ranks 5 and 10 jumping on rank 23 overall. On the way up also Viktoria Jedlinska SUI new on rank 38 among the 108 participants.
In the Boys, the best Swiss is Milo Schärer SUI on the 37th place. The highlight of the day came from Simon Kaiser SUI with a 5th race ranks bringing him on rank 55 overall. Alexandre Grognuz SUI follows as 66th. Bad luck for Boris Hirsch SUI who was disqualified after a 5th race rank. He is now 112th among the 153 participants.
