Laser Radial & Standard - European Championship 2017 - Barcelona ESP - Day 2, the Swiss

All three fleets sailed their first two races on the second day of the Laser Radial and Standard European Championship in Barcelona in a light 7 kn wind.
The Olympic Silver medalist Tonci Stipanovic CRO finished first in both heats of his group and lead overall ahead of Giovanni Cocolutto ITA (2/1) and Andrew McKenzie NZL (2/2). The best Swiss Eliot Merceron SUI is on the 26th place.
In the Radial women, the Olympic Champion Marit Bouwmeester NED has taken the lead with two 2nd race ranks. Agata Barwinska POL and Annemarie Rindom DEN are the first challengers. Maud Jayet SUI is on the 20th place overall among the 90 participants with the day ranks 8 and 14.
Yam Lauber ISR is first in the Radial men, followed by Marcelo Cairo ESP and Antonio Coronilla ESP. Grégoire Peverelli SUI had a good first day as 10th among the 103 participants.
