Race 4 of the Dragon Gold-Cup was sailed offshore St-Tropez Pamplonne Beach as the wind in the Bay was again too light.
With a non-discardable disqualification, the leading Anatoly Loginov RUS dropped on rank 10. Winner of the day and new leader is Yewgenij Braslavets UKR sailing under Italian flag. Hendrik Witzmann GER/UAE 6 points behind remains on rank 2. New on the 3rd place is Pieter Heerema NED. The best Swiss Dirk Oldenburg SUI finished 33rd, his best result so far, and advanced on rank 47 overall in the 88 teams' fleet.
