As every year, the Trofeo Gorla is the warm-up event one week ahead of the Lake Garda Centomiglia long-distance race.
Winner in the Liberas was 'Clandesteam', best in the big catamarans was Mateo Pilati ITA on 'Sicourplanet I', Flavio Marazzi SUI followed with this GC32-Cat on rank 4. In the ORC-overall rankings, Luca Cattarozzi ITA on the SB20 'Black Nessi' finished first. The Ceccarelli 33 of Heinz Marty SUI followed on rank 8, winning in the ORC-A-category.
