Ice-Sailing - European Championship 2019 - Lake Sniardwy POL - Day 1

The DN Iceboating European Championship began yesterday with two races and finishing 1 and 3, Michal Burczyinski POL has clearly taken the lead. Chris Berger USA occupies the 2nd place, closely followed by Jarek Radzki POL and Mikhel Kosk EST tied on rank 3. Jean-Claude Vuithier SUI, the eldest starter in the A-fleet, had an excellent first day staying on rank 7 overall. With Ueli Marti SUI, a second Swiss qualified for the A-fleet, where he is on the 27th position. The B-fleet has already completed three races. Behind the leader Roman Morgas POL, Philippe Durr SUI is on the 2nd place (= 42nd overall), Maxime Bachelin SUI follows on rank 17 (= 57th overall).
