Olympic Worldcup - Miami FL, USA - Day 1 - good first day of the Swiss team

The Miami Olympic Classes Worldcup began yesterday on Biscayne Bay / Miami FL in light, unconstant winds from the shore with Swiss in 7 of the 10 Olympic events performing real well.
Eliot Merceron SUI excelled in the Lasers finishing 5th in the only race of the 101 boats' fleet, and also Nils Theuninck SUI as 9th in the Finns had a good first day. In the top-10 after two races is also Mateo Sanz-Lanz SUI as 9th. Maud Jayet SUI finished 13th in the only Laser Radial race, and also Sébastien Schneiter/Lucien Cujean SUI in the 49ers are 13th after 3 heats. Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI are 14th after two races in the 470 women, just ahead of the World Champions Lecointre/Retornaz FRA. The 470 men team Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart SUI is on the 27th position after two races.
