Optimist - Trofeo Simone Lombardi - Malcesine ITA - Day 1, the Swiss

The Trofeo Simone Lombardi, the second important Optimist Regatta on Lake Garda within a week, began yesterday in Malcesine with three races. ----- Soma Kis HUN, Zeno Marchesini ITA and Lorenzo Ghirotti ITA share the lead at equal points in the Juniores fleet (300 participants). Boris Hirsch SUI follows on rank 11. Samuel Berther SUI is 16th, Stach Vleeshowers SUI 19th. ----- In the younger Cadetti, Tomaso Picotti ITA and Erik Scheidt ITA/BRA are tied on top.
