The Swiss regatta season finally begins over this weekend on Lake Zurich with the Club Championship of the Zurcher SC. ----- Herewith, we have achieved a first intermediate goal ... survival in this uneventful time. Thank you for your trust and support. After a six month delay, spectacular 12 months are now awaiting us: The Vendée Globe - a race of superlatives with more than 10 Foilers at the start - will depart in November, the America's Cup in February and the Olympics in July with some qualifiers in the time before. The Swiss sailing season will be intense as well, as the regatta calendar reveals. As usual, we shall cover all events daily for all 365 days/year. ----- However, we are still far from a financial stabilization after half-a-year with almost no revenue. Around 200 of our 100,000 'individually identifiable readers' have so far supported our work with a voluntary subscription. We are very grateful for these contributions.
