ILCA - Europacup 2024 - Puerto Pollensa ESP - Day 1

The Spanish Act of the ILCA European Cup began yesterday in Mallorca. ----- In the run-up to the Olympic World Cup in Palma, the fleets are exceptionally well attended: Maud Jayet SUI, who won all three races in her group in ILCA 6 and leads the classification by one point ahead of Sergio Garcia ESP. Hannah Andersohn GER follows in 3rd place. Rosine Baudet SUI is 11th, Matthew Chassot SUI follows in 12th position. 116 participants from 26 nations are at the start. ----- Lawson Mcaullay AUS leads the ILCA 7 by one point ahead of Ben Flower CAN. Ole Schweckendik GER is 12th, Boris Hirsch SUI, the only Swiss, is 73rd of the 90 participants from 28 nations. ----- The ILCA 4 finished two races. Juan Bennassar ESP won twice in his group and leads by one point ahead of John Wolff DEN.
