5o5 - Europa-Cup 2016 - Hyères FRA - Day 2

Another champagne sailing day at the 5o5 Europa-Cup Regatta on Hyères Bay with a 20 kn easterly breeze, a massive swell and sunshine. Three races have been completed, and with two bullets, Andy Smith/Tim Needham GBR took the lead closely followed by Mike Holt/Carl Smit USA one point behind on rank 2. Howie Hamlin/Jeffrey Nelson USA on 3rd another point back remain in the race for the overall victory. Caroline and Philippe Jacot SUI on the 16th place are the best-ranked among the six Swiss teams.
