Olympic Classes - Kiteboarding men and women for Paris 2024, no two-person-mixed-offshore-keelboat

World Sailing have been informed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) that yesterday, the IOC Executive Board have approved Men's and Women's Kiteboarding (Formula Kite) for the Paris 2024 Olympic Sailing Competition. The Men's and Women's Kiteboarding Events will replace the Mixed Kiteboarding and Mixed Offshore Events that were originally proposed by World Sailing. The World Sailing report. ----- The other changes compared to the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Classes are: no Finn, 470 mixed, instead of separate 470 men and women fleets, windsurfing men and women on iQFoil boards instead of RS:X boards.
