In Montenegro, the starting signal is given today for the first races of the U21 European Championships of the Olympic ILCAs. ----- In ILCA 7, 83 competitors from 27 nations will be racing. ----- In the women's ILCA 6, 48 competitors from 21 nations are on the starting line.
