In light winds, the Optimist European Championships in Cadiz continued yesterday with 2 races. ----- Xavier Garcia ESP won again both races of his group, and is already leading the boys with 12 points. Niccolo Pulito ITA moved up to 2nd place, Igit Öszbasoglu TUR follows in 3rd. ----- Emilia Salvatore ITA held on to the top spot in the girls' rankings.
