420 - World Championship 2021 - San Remo ITA - Day 4

In best sailing conditions with sun and a 10-15kn wind, the qualifications were completed in San Remo yesterday with three more races. ----- With three race wins, Tommy Witzmann/Luke Woodworth USA took the lead in the men's fleet, followed by Fernando and Carlos Flethes ESP, tied for second place. Alberto Morales/Miguel Bethancourt ESP (3 points behind) and the first mixed team with Anna Combet/Julien Bunel FRA (5 points behind) also remain in the title race. ----- In the women's classification, Neus Ballester/Andrea Perello ESP took the lead with 2 heat wins, followed 9 points behind by Solenza Mariani/Clara Olive FRA and Vanessa Lahrkamp/Katherine McNamara USA, tied for second place. ----- In the U17 rankings, Jaime Ayarza/Mariano Hernandez ESP are now leading 11 points ahead of Maria Parello/Marta Cardona ESP.
