Yesterday, the conditions for the finals on Lake Neuchâtel were good with a variable breeze of up to 12 knots. The previously unbeaten Brazilians with Olympic medallists Robert Scheidt, Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze took a risk on the first upwind and were well behind at the first mark. Chasing Croatia with the Olympic medalists Sime Fantela and Tonci Stipanovic leading during the whole race, the Brazilians finally crossed the line in 2nd with a 14 seconds backlog.
