49er, 49erFX, Nacra 17 - World Championship 2021 - Al Mussanah OMN - Day 1

The joint World Championships of the three Olympic speed classes began yesterday with three races held in moderate but inconsistent winds. New teams were able to get in at the front. ----- In the 49ers, Jack Hawkings/Chris Tomas GBR and Kevin Fischer/Noë Delpech FRA share the lead on equal points. Otto Henry/Miles Davy AUS follow one point behind in third place. ----- In the 49ersFX, Ronja Grönblom/Veera Hokka FIN lead 5 points ahead of Helene Naess/Marie Ronningen NOR. Lara Granier/Amélie Riou FRA and Martine Grael/Kahena Kunze BRA are tied for third place. ----- In the Nacra 17, Tim Mourniac/Lou Berthomieu FRA took the lead by one point over Olympic silver medallists John Gimson/Anna Burnet GBR.
