ILCA, 420, 29er, FD - Open Bahia de Altea - Altea ESP - Day 1

With three races, the Open of the Bay of Altea started yesterday north of Alicante. The three ILCA fleets are international, with the Swiss DRC Sisikon training group among them. In fresh winds around 20kn, Cederic d'Hondt BEL won all 3 races in ILCA 4, Swiss-based Alina Shpavaova UKR followed as best female in 3rd place, with Ava Wilson SUI 13th of the 60 competitors. In the ILCA 6 Massimiliano Antoniazzi ITA won all 3 races. Ennio Turrin SUI follows as best Swiss on rank 8, there are 42 participants at the start.
