ILCA Europacup - Warnemünder Woche - Warnemünder GER - Day 1

With moderate winds, the 85th Warnemuende Week began yesterday, with the ILCAs first in action with the German round of their Europa Cup. In the ILCA 4 Archie Munro GBR took the lead with ranks 1 and 2, one point ahead of Weka Bhanubandh THA and Levian Büscher GER who are tied on points. Only one point behind Lars Dittel SUI is 4th, Niklas Ambos SUI follows on rank 19, Tristan Schnitzer SUI is 23rd. In ILCA 6 the women dominate, both races were won by Wiktoria Golebiowska POL. Two race wins also for Uffe Tomasgaard NOR in the ILCA 7. In very small fleets, the 470s and the 5o5s also started their races.
