470, 49er, Formula-Kite, iQ-Foil-Windsurf - US Olympic Trials - Miami FL, USA - Final results

The first round of the US Trials ended yesterday in Miami with three races held in moderate seabreeze. The 5 other Olympic classes will hold their trials next week. There were no more changes at the top yesterday, despite some narrow margins: Ian Barrows/Hans Henken USA in the 49er and Dominique Stater USA in the iQ-Foil windsurfer are thus directly qualified for the Olympic Games in Marseille. The 470s (victory for Stuart McNay/Lara Dallmann USA), the iQ Foil men (victory for Noah Lyons USA) and the Formula Kite men (victory for Markus Edegran USA) now have to conquer a national starting place for the USA at the remaining qualification regattas.
