ILCA 6 - Youth & Men's World Championship 2024 - Mar del Plata ARG - Day 4

Good seabreeze conditions and again big waves ensured an optimal start of the final regattas yesterday, again 2 races each were sailed - here the pictures. With 1st and 5th place, Antonio Pascali ITA was again best of the day in the juniors fleet and extended his lead to 7 points. Thomas Vives BRA and Gustavo Canovas BRA are the first chasers. Ennio Turrin SUI is 48th in the gold fleet. Maria Arvedi ITA is leading the junior women's race. However, Ginevra Caracciolo ITA closed the gap to one point with two wins on the day. Sienna Wright IRL, the best U17 junior, follows in 3rd place, 5 points behind, while Alina Shapovalova UKR has dropped back to 4th place, 4 points behind the podium.
