Optimist - Opti-Orange - Valencia ESP Day 1

With initially light winds, which later increased to 18 knots, another major Opti event began yesterday in Valencia: 503 participants from 29 nations, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Costa Rica and South Africa, took part. The fleet, divided into 5 groups, finished 3 races each. Iason Panagopoulos GRE took the lead with places 1/3/1, followed 2 points behind by Maria Anna Makria GRE.
