470 - European Championship 2018 - Bourgas BUL - Day 3, the Swiss

 470 - European Championship 2018 - Bourgas BUL - Day 3, the Swiss Changed conditions on the third day of the 470 Europeans on the Black Sea with a 15-18kn breeze during the races 4 to 6, and the experienced teams moved on top.
Mantis/Kagialis GRE took the lead in the 470 men with two race wins ahead of Sozikin/Gribanov RUS at equal points. Dahlberg/Bergström SWE on the 3rd place are 5 points back. After a weak opening day, Wagen/Siegwart SUI were more successful yesterday and jumped on rank 23 overall, just one rank ahead of Biedermann/Schüpbach SUI, whe had an excellent first race day in the light winds two days ago.
In the 470 women, Gil Cohen/Noa Nasri ISR defended the first place with Berta/Caruso ITA and Zegers/Van Veen NED advancing on the ranks 2 and 3. Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI were in difficulities with the fresh breeze and dropped on rank 13.

Laser - Europacup 2018 - Oostende BEL - Final results, the Swiss

 Laser - Europacup 2018 - Oostende BEL - Final results, the Swiss Eline Verstraelen BEL was the clear winner in the Lasers 4.7 19 points ahead of Marissa Ijben NED (first U16 Girl) and Finley Dickinson GBR (first Boy and first U16 Boy) on the ranks 2 and 3, separated by one point only. The best Swiss Rosine Baudet SUI followed as 3rd Girl on the 7th place among the 45 participants.
In the Lasers Radial, 37 boats racing, Emma Savelon BEL was the winner closely followed by Joshua Richner SUI, the first man 2 points back. Aleksandr Moliakow NED was 3rd, F鬩x Baudet SUI on 4th missed the podium by 14 points.
On top of the small 12 boats Laser Standard fleet was Wannes Van Laer BEL AN LAER, 14 points ahead of Vpamauju Dutta IND, closely followed by Ivan ZHUKALIN UKR.

 420, 29er, Laser 4.7 & Radial, Europe, Pirat - Young European Sailing - Kiel GER - Final results, the Swiss Another splendid sailing day at the Young European Sailings on Kiel Bay with sun and excellent wind conditions.
With two race wins in the Final Series, Vincent Bahr/Lars Kleinwächter GER took the overall win in the 420s ahead of Achille Casco/Elliot Schick SUI and Christian Lenkmann/Philipp Hall GER.

 D35-Catamaran - Grand Prix de Versoix - CN Versoix - Final results After the 6 races sailed in a 10k Northeasterly on Sunday, another 4 heats were held yesterday in sun and a light local thermal 'Séchard' breeze. Ernesto Bertarelli SNG on 'Alinghi' added two more race wins and was the clear overall winner ahead of 'Swisscom' with Jules Monnier 2nd and 'Ylliam' with Bertrand Demole SNG (tactics Mathieu Richard FRA) 3rd.

 Esse 750, Onyx, Lacustre, Dynamic - Pentecoste Regatta - YC Rapperswil - Final results The favorable sailing conditions stayed on yesterday on Lake Zürich allowing to complete two more races per class.
Jürg Ryffel YCR and his team are the winners in the Onyx, his first win in this class. Thomas Cantz SCStä and Patrick Stöckli SCMd follow on the ranks 2 and 3. In the Lacustres, Enrico De Maria YCR finished first.

470 - European Championship 2018 - Bourgas BUL - Day 2, the Swiss

The seabreeze filled in on time yesterday and both 470 fleets completed three races in an 8-10kn wind at the 470 European Championship on the Black Sea.
In the 470 men, the young teams took the command with the Junior World Champions Hyppolite Macchetti/Sidoine Dantes FRA, day ranks 2 and 4, on top. One point behind share Jordi Xammar/Nicolas Rodriguez ESP and Giacomo Ferrari/Giulio Calabro ITA the 2nd place. David Biedermann/Jann Schüpbach SUI, ranks 7 and 5, had an excellent first day and are on the 8th interim's place amidst the World's best. Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart follow on rank 32 among the 44 teams.
In the 470 women, Gil Cohen/Noa Lasri ISR and Silvia Mas/Patricia Cantero ESP share the first place. 6 points behind follow Cornudella/Lopez ESP, Fahrni/Siegenthaler SUI and Seabright/Carpenter GBR on the ranks 3-5. 29 racing.

 420, 29er, Laser 4.7 & Radial, Europe, Pirat - Young European Sailing - Kiel GER - Day 2, the Swiss After waiting for wind in vain on Saturday, the 500 Youth sailors enjoyed a perfect sailing day on Sunday with a 12kn breeze an sunshine, and all classes completed at least three races.
Achille Casco/Elliot Schick SUI lead in the 420s ahead of Lenkmann/Hall GER and Bahr/Kleinwächter GER tied one point behind. With Geissbühler/Erni SUI on 4th another Swiss team is among the best. Theresa Steinlein/Lisa Plattner GER on 5th are the best Girls' team ahead of Natascha Rast/Samira Rast SUI on rank 7 overall.
In the 29ers, Fomsgaard/Fuglbjerg DEN are first ahead of Steurer/Fiebig GER.
Mewes Wieduwild GER won all four races in his Laser 4.7 Group.
In the Laser Radial Girls, Lena Haverland GER is on top followed by Julia Büsselberg GER.

 Finn - World Masters 2018 - El Balis ESP - Start today, the Swiss Circling winds inhibited to sail the Finn Masters Practice Race off El Balis (north of Barcelona) yesterday. Today the Championship will be on for the 353 Masters (age 40 plus) from 32 nations, among them the defending Champion Vladimir Krutskikh RUS. Among the favorites are also Christoph Burger SUI and Piet Eckert SUI. The official preview. In the Legends (70 plus), the Spanish Finn World Champions Joaquin Blanco ESP (1977) and Jose-Luis Doreste ESP (1987, Olympic Champion 1988) are on the entry list.

 Optimist, 420, Laser 4.7 & Radial - Championnat des 3 Lacs - SC Murten - Final results Good conditions prevailed also on the second day of Round 1 of the Lake Jura Region Youth Championship on Lake Morat, and all classes sailed another 4 races.
Lars Dittel BT replaced the tied Simon Mille CVE on top of the Optimists. On rank 3 followed the best Girl Andrea Dubois BT. 30 Optimists participated. In the other Youth classes the participation was mimimal only.

 D35-Catamaran - Grand Prix de Versoix - CN Versoix - Day 2 Six races were completed yesterday after the windless Saturday at the D35 Versoix GP. Clear interim's leader is 'Alinghi' of Ernesto Bertarelli SNG with nothing but top-3 results. The challengers are not far away with 'Django Racing' of Jan Eckert ZSC on second, and 2 points back 'Okalys' of Nicolas Grange SNG and 'Ylliam' of Bertrand Demole SNG on the 3rd place.

 J/70, Yardstick - Coppa Wullschleger - CV Lago di Lugano - Final results Good conditions yesterday allowed to complete another three races per class on the final day of the Coppa Wullschleger on Lake Lugano.
Matthias Bermejo YCL and his team finished first in the J/70s with Jean-François De Cerjat CVN advancing on rank 2 with a race win. Christian Sprecher SCE followed on 3rd among the 14 teams. In the Cruisers, Gianluca Bianchetti CVLL was on rank 1, as best Racer finished Sacha De Micheli CVLL ahead of Andrea Colombo CVLL, both on Surprise yachts.

 Catamaran - Cat-Weekend - YC Ascona - Final results Inspite of variable weather near the Alps on the Lago Maggiore, the sailing conditions were good and 9 races could be completed at this year's Cat-Weekend.
In the Kategorie C1, Andreas and Andrea Lutz SCR on a Falcon-F16 were the winnersa ahead of the Nacra 16 of Félix Grobet/Loïc Janet YCG and Marine Van Campenhout/Mathieu Meyer CNV.
In the CJ-Wertung, Maxime Thommen/Anja Camusso YCZ finished first.

 Yardstick - Long-Distance-Race Zürich-Rapperswil - Zürcher SC Good conditions prevailed yesterday during the traditional Lake Zurich end-to-en long-distance race Zurich-Rapperswil. 97 of the 117 boats finished the race with Amedeo Vaccani ZSC and his team on an Esse 990 as winner ahead of Nicola Fuso SCStä on an Esse 850 and Thomas Cantz SCStä on his Onyx.

 SRS - 100 milles de Pentecote - CV Estavayer The rather negative wind forecast prompted Race Management to shorten the race prematurely before the start already. Nevertheless, the 78 teams encountered quite favorable conditions at the traditional long-distance-race on Lake Neuchâtel last Saturday. With a fast race, all teams finished the regatta before sundown. Winner in the monohulls (TCFX, TCF1, TCF 2) on the long course was Pierre Walt CVN an his Esse 850. On the shorter course (TCF 3, TCF 4), Christophe Jutzi CVE on his Surprise was first.

 Windsurfing - Bise noir Surf Classic - Murten - Day 2 The wind was too light on the second day of the Bise-Noir Windsurfing Regatta on Lake Morat as well. Today is the last day to start racing ! The event facebook page.
On the Swiss Windsurfing Website, first conclusions regarding the Foil Windsurfer are presented, with a very positive result as the number of participants has been growing after years with a decline.

 Finn - World Masters 2018 - El Balis ESP, the Swiss The Finn World Masters at El Balis North of Barcelona will begin today with the Practice Race. 353 participants from 32 nations and 4 continents are on the entry list, among them 20 Swiss. In the last year's Masters, Piet Eckert SUI (Olympia Diploma 1992 Barcelona, FD) was fighting for the title till the last race, and he endeavours to repeat this performance.

Optimist, 420, Laser 4.7 & Radial - Championnat des 3 Lacs - SC Murten - Day 1

Yesterday on Lake Morat, the first Round of the 2018 Youth Championship of the Lake Jura Region was kicked-off.
First after three races in the well-attended 30-boat Optimist fleet was Simon Mille CVE. Already 11 points behind follow Lars Dittel BT and Matthew Chassot BT on the rank 2 and 3. The other fleets are rather small. Hugo Weidemann CVN leads in the Lasers Radial, Dileija Dirren SCM won all 3 heats in the Lasers 4.7 and Dimitri Niederhauser/Leo Chassot SCM are the only 420 team sailing.

Two races were held on Lake Lugano yesterday on the first day of the Coppa Wullschleger. Mathias Bermejo YCL has taken the lead in the J/70 with the ranks 1 and 4. Emanuel Müller YCB folows on rank 2. Christian Sprecher SCE, Julian Flessati RCB and Stefan Seger RCO occupy the ranks 3-5 at equal points.
Leader in the Crociera rankings is Guido De Sigis CVLL with his Dynamic Express 800. In the Racers (Corsa), the two Surprise of Andrea Colombo CVLL and Stefano Baranzini CVLL share the lead at equal points.

 ORC, Bavaria - Kornati Cup 2018 - Murter CRO - Final results, the Swiss The Cruiser Regatta activity on the Adriatic Sea was initiated in early May with the Kornati-Cup with the fleet split in six categories. Five races were completed. A number of Swiss teams were among the participants with Rolf Krättli SUI sailing in the Bavaria 41S as best-ranked on the 3rd place.

Skeeta - the new Foiling-Dinghy by Quantboats

During their stay on the Bermudas, the America's-Cup sailors supported by the AC design teams tuned the Foiler Moth to an extent that cost to remain competitive started to get prohibitive. At the same time, one-design Foiling Moths were launched above all in Australia to allow "flying" at reasonable cost.
The latest One-Person-Foiler-Dinghy is the "Skeeta", a joint project of Australian Moth developers, launched in Europe by QUANTBOATS. Here all details with prices and a video.

J/70 - Italia Cup 2018 - Act 2 - Porto Ercole ITA - Final results, the Swiss

50 teams from 8 nations started at the second Act of the J70 Italia-Cup, and the Italians occupied the ranks 1 to 7.
Winner after 8 races was Alberto Rossi ITA and his team 2 points ahead of Gianfranco Noe ITA. Claudia Rossi ITA followed on rank 3. The best of the four Swiss teams was Stefan Seger SUI on rank 21, Nicolas Anklin SUI followed on the 26th place.

 ORC, Sportboats - Monfort-Cup - Langenargen GER - Final results Good sailing conditions prevailed on Lake Constance over the weekend. 11 races were completed during the Montfort-Cup.
In the ORC-1-ratings, Max Meckelburg GER won on his IMX35 ahead of Daniel Schroff SUI on an Esse 950. In the ORC-2-ratings, the X99 of Jürgen Ruther GER was on top. Wilhelm Gorbach with his Dufour 34 finished on rank 1 in the ORC-3-ratings. In the Sportboats, the Esse850's filled the podium with Max Trippolt AUT on top of the trio.

 Longtze, J/70 - Montfort-Cup - Langenargen GER - Final results, the Swiss With 5 bullets in 11 races, Eckehard Kaller GER and his team clearly won in the Longtze Class rankings at the Montfort-Cup on Lake Constance. Jarmo Wieland SYH and Steffen Schneiter SYH with their teams followed on the positions 2 and 3 among the 9 entrants.
In the J/70s, Veit Hemmeter GER was on top ahead of Marvin Frisch GER and Klaus Diem AUT - all three teams at equal points ! With a 12 points' backlog, Matthias Bermejo SUI was the best Swiss on rank 4, Christian Sprecher SUI and Emanuel Müller followed closely behind on the ranks 5 and 6.

 15m2 SNS, 5.5m - Memorial Faini - CN Morges/SN Rolloise Four races were sailed at the Memorial Faini on Lake Geneva over the past weekend.
Vincent Zanlonghi CNM won on his home waters in the 15m2 SNS clearly ahead of Alain Fiaux CNM (with Yves Diday CNM) and Hans Lüdi CVVC. In the 5.5m, Bernard Haissly SNG was ahead of Philipe Koly SNNy uad George Prapopoulos SCC.

 29er, Laser 4.7 & Radial, Optimist, Nacra 15 - Dutch Youth Regatta - Workum NED - Final results, the Swiss The Dutch Youth Regatta 2018 with 10 development and youth classes participating was concluded on the Ijsselmeer with light wind races yesterday.
Théo Revil/Guevel Gautier FRA won in the 29ers ahead of Chauvin/Girou FRA. The best Swiss team Kaifun Shen/Benoît Leuenberger SUI finished 23rd. In the Lasers 4.7, rank one went to Eline Verstraelen BEL ahead of Daniel Hung SGP and Paul Hameeteman NED. A girl's victory also in the Lasers Radial with Emma Savelon NED, followed by Gauthier Verhulst SUI and Aleksander Moliakov NED. The winners in the Nacra-15 were Dante Cittadini/Teresa Romairone ARG ahead of Henri Demesmaeker/Frederique Van Eupen BEL. Arnaud Grange/Marie Van der Klink SUI moved up on rank 3 on the last day. Three Final Series races were held in the Optimist Gold-, Silver- and Bronzefleets. Marco Gradoni ITA grasped the overall victory in front of Andrea Manhes FRA and Malte Ebdrup DEN. Maxime Thommen SUI advanced on rank 7. Anja Von Allmen SUI and Luis Zimmerli SUI followed on the ranks 10 and 11. Winner in the B-rankings of the younger Optimist sailors was Soma Kis HUN ahead of Josip Tafra ISR and Maj Petric SLO. Lars Dittel SUI and Ikke Huber SUI followed on the ranks 7 and 8. In the RS:Feva, Luuk De Wijn/Sjoerd De Wijn NED were the winner. Elouan Gaumann/Aurélie Guinard SUI followed on rank 6.

Three teams were at equal points in the 470 and with the tie broken on the basis of better individual rankings in favor of Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart CNM/CNP. Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler TYC followed on rank 2, Yves Mermod/Cyril Schüpbach TYC are 3rd.
Victory for a Thunersee YC team in the 420s with Natascha and Samira Rast TYC. 4 points behind follow Florian Geissbühler/Livio Erni YCB. Achille Casco/Elliot Schlick SCC finished 3rd.

 Star - Swiss Championship 2018 - CV Estavayer - Final results The Starboat Swiss Championship on Lake Neuchâtel was concluded yesterday with two races. In a very close duel, Urs Hunkeler/Enrico De Maria YTL succeeded to replace the leading Jean-Pascal Chatagny/Serge Pulver CVG on top on the rankings by one point. After 1991, 1995 and 2010, this is the forth title for Urs Hunkeler. On rank 3 followed Hans Stöckli/Urs Spahr SCMd. 22 teams from 3 nations participated.

Laser Radial & Standard - European Championship - La Rochelle FRA - Final results, the Swiss

 Laser Radial & Standard - European Championship - La Rochelle FRA - Final results, the Swiss The Laser Standard and Radial European Championship in La Rochelle FRA ended yesterday with one race per class.
With another race win, Matthew Wearn AUS won the overall rankings of the Lasers Standard with the Standard Trophy 5 points ahead of Sam Meech NZL. Another 12 points behind followed Pavlos Kontides CYP on 3rd, winning the European's title ahead of Michael Beckett GBR and Jesper Stalheim SWE. Eliot Merceron SUI did not compete yesterday either in finished the competition on rank 40 in the Goldfleet.
Marit Bouwmeester NED was once more a class of her own in der Lasers Radial taking the title as well as the overall Radial Trophy with a 27 points advantage on Paige Railey USA. Maxime Jonker NED followed on rank 3.
Second and third in the Europeans rankings (withou non-Europeans) are Maxine Jonker NED and Emma Plaeschart BEL. Maud Jayet SUI follows on rank 21.
In the Radial men, Nik Pletikos SLO took the title ahead of Federico Tocchi ITA and Marcin Rudawski POL.

New on top at equal poinrts are now Buba Pulek CRO nd Marco Gradoni ITA. Magnus Heegard DEN is new on rank 3. The best girl is Andrea Manhes FRA on rank 4. 13 Swiss participants qualified for the Goldfleet with Luis Zimmerli SUI as best on rank 11. Anja Von Allmen SUI follows now on rank 17.
First in the Optimist group B is Soma Kis HUN ahead of Josip Tafra CRO and Maj Petric SLO. Lars Dittel SUI, the best Swiss, is on the 7th place.
In the 29ers, Théo Revil/Guevel Gautier FRA extended their lead on 4 points. Kaifun Shen/Benoît Leuenberger SUI follow on rank 24.
In the Nacras 15, the two Argentinian teams Contessi/Castro ARG and Cittadini/Romairone ARG are on the ranks 1 and 2. On rank 3 follow the World Champions Demesmaeker/Van Eupen BEL. Arnaud Grange/Marie Van der Klink moved up on rank 8.
With a race win, Gauthier Verhulst SUI advanced on the 2nd position in the Lasers Radial behind of Emma Savelon NED. In the Lasers 4.7, Martin Hameeteman NED stays on top 4 points ahead of Wonn Kye Lee SGP. Martin Verhulst SUI dropped on rank 17.
Swiss participants also in the RSFeva, where Van den Acker/Van den Berg NED lead overall. Milasevic/Anderson SUI follow on rank 5.

Natascha Rast/Samira Rast TYC defended their first place in the 420s 3 points ahead of Achille Casco/Elliot Schick SCC. On rank 3 followed Florian Geissbühler/Livio Erni YCB. In the 470s, Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart CNM/CNP are the new leaders one point ahead of the day's best (1/2) Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler TYC. Yves Mermod/Cyrill Schüpbach TYC follow on rank 3 at equal points. The title will be decided among these three teams.

 Esse 850 - Schweizermeisterschaft - YC Rapperswil - Final results With a last race, the Esse 850 Swiss Championship was concluded on Lake Zurich off Rapperswil. Alain Marchand SCStM and his team were the premature Champions before the last race already. They confirmed their skills with a 2nd race rank yesterday. The duel for rank 2 went to Urs Oldani YCZ at equal points with Robert Hartmann YCB.

 Laser Radial & Standard - European Championship 2018 - La Rochelle FRA - Day 5, the Swiss Fresh winds prevailed also on the second day of the Laser Europeans Final Series off La Rochelle.
Matthew Wearn AUS extended his lead in the Lasers Standard on 4 points. New on rank 2 and best European is now Pavlos Kontides CYP. Sam Meech NZL is another 3 points back. Philipp Buhl GER moved up on rank 4 (2nd European) thanks to a race win. Eliot Merceron SUI did not compete yesterday and is now on the last place (= 57th) in the Goldfleet. The other Swiss, all sailing in the Bronzefleet, had only one race yesterday. The leading Nicolas Rolaz SUI was disqualified with a premature start and is now 4th (= 112th overall)
With the day ranks 1 and 2, Marit Bouwmeester NED extended her lead in the Radials women on 11 points. New on rank 2 is now Paige Railey USA followed one point back by Maxime Jonker NED. Maud Jayet SUI progressed slightly on the 29th place.
No change with the podium contenders in the Radials men: Nik Pletikos SLO is now 12 points in front of Federico Tocchi ITA. Aleksander Arian POL holds rank 3.

 29er, Laser Radial & 4.7, Optimist, Nacra 15 - Dutch Youth Regatta - Workum NED - Day 2, the Swiss Fresh winds prevailed on the 2nd day of the Dutch Youth Regatta on the Ijsselmeer.
In the 29ers, Théo Revil/Gautier Guevel FRA defended their lead 2 points ahead of Noah Chauvin/Aristide Girou FRA. Kaifun Shen/Benoît Leuenberger SUI remained on rank 21.
In the Lasers 4.7, Paul Hameeteman NED increased the advantaga on 8 points. James Koh SGP is new on rank 2. Martin Verhulst SUI dropped on rank 17 as his 3rd place was followed by a 36th rank yesterday.
In the Lasers Radial, Emma Savelon NED is now the unique leader. Jenthe Verstraelen BEL and Eric-Jan Westerhof NED follow on the ranks 2 and 3. Gauthier Verhulst SUI remains on the excellent 4th place.
In the Nacra 15, Massimo Contessi/Agustina Castro ARG continued their winning streak. Arnaud Grange/Marie Van der Klink SUI remained on rank 11.
In the largest fleet with 365 starters, the Optimists, there was apparently no racing yesterday (or at least, the ranking lists were not yet updated this morning). After the three races of the opening day, Malte Ebtrup DEN was first one point ahead of Andrea Manhes FRA. The best Swiss Anja Von Allmen SUI is on the 8th place. In the Category B of the Optimists (U11), Soma Kis-Szölgyemi HUN is first ahead of Lenny Hoffmann NED. Lars Dittel SUI is on the good 5th place.

 420 & 470 - Swiss Championship 2018 - CN Morges - Day 2 The joint 420/470 Swiss Championship began yesterday in Morges/Lake Geneva with a one-day-delay.
In the 420s, Natascha and Samira Rast TYC are on the first place after 2 races. Sophie Mosegard/Fiona Schärer TYC follow on rank 2. Achille Casco/Elliot Schick SCC, the best boys' team, are on the 3rd place among the 28 teams.
The 470 completed 3 races with the internationally active teams dominating. Yves Mermod/Cyrill Schüpbach TYC lead 2 points ahead of Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart CNM/CNP and Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler TYC.

 Laser Radial & Standard - European Championship 2018 - La Rochelle FRA - Day 4, the Swiss Champagne sailing conditions on the 4th day in a row off La Rochelle with sun, warm temperatures, big swell and a breeze around 15kn. The Lasers Standard and Radial women sailed their first two Final Series races split in Gold- and Silverfleets.
Matthew Wearn AUS defended his lead in the Lasers Standard, but with a race win, Sam Meech NZL reduced the backlog on one points. New on rank 3 is the best of the day (1/2) Jesper Stalheim SWE. Eliot Merceron SUI, the only Swiss in the Goldfleet dropped on the 54th rank. Nicolas Rolaz SUI leads in the Bronze-Fleet (= 108th overall).
The favorite Marit Bouwmeester NED has now taken the lead in the Radials women. Maxime Jonker NED on the 2nd place is 2 points behind. Paige Railey USA on 3rd with a 5 points deficit still has an option on rank 1. Maud Jayet SUI moved up on rank 33.
In the Radials men, Nik Pletikos SLO extended his lead overall on Federico Tocchi ITA to 7 points. Aleksander Arian POL remains on rank 3.

 Optimist, 29er, Laser Radial & 4.7, Nacra 15 -Dutch Youth Regatta - Workum NED - Day 1, the Swiss The Dutch Youth Regatta on the Ijsselmeer began yesterday with good sailing conditions and a 14kn breeze. 10 Youth Classes participate, the biggest fleet as always the Optimists. The first leader is Malte Ebdrup DEN. Andrea Manhes FRA, Buba Pulek CRO and Marco Gradoni ITA follow on rank 2 at equal points. A good first day had Anja Von Allem SUI with the 8th place overall as 2nd-best girl. Janik Müller SUI follows on rank 12.
In the 29ers, Théo Revil/Gautier Guevel FRA are first 2 points ahead of Noah Chauvin/Aristide Girou FRA. Kaifun Shen/Benoît Leuenberger SUI are 21st among the 36 teams.
In the Lasers 4.7, Paul Hameeteman NED leads 2 points in front of Wonn Kye Lee SIN. Martin Verhulst SUI follows as best Swiss on rank 7 among the 57 participants.
In the Lasers Radial, Aleksander Moliakov NED and Emma Savelon NED share the lead. Gauthier Verhulst SUI is excellent 4th among the 74 paricipants.

After the first race on Wednesday, sailed in a 4bft wind, 3 heats were completed yesterday in a fresh Westwind.  Regatta Weekend Switzerland - no wind for Swiss Championships ? Not enough wind for several Swiss Championship and big events scheduled to begin yesterday ? There are neither news nor results on the respective webpages, i.e. the 420s and 470s in Morges, the Starboats in Estavayer, the Dragons in Lucerne, as well as the Laser Europacup in Neuchatel.
