Contrary to the forecasts, the seabreeze was back again yesterday filling in quickly with over 15 kn to the joy of the big breeze specialists in both fleets. Lee-el Korzits ISR scored two day wins reducing her backlog on Zofia Klepacka POL to 14 points. These two athletes will fight for the title in today's races and the Medal Race of Sunday. The third Pauline Perrin FRA is already 37 points behind and will be busy to defend the Bronze Medal as her opponents are not far back.
In the men's fleet, the stellar Piotr Myszka POL gained all races of the day, extending his lead on Byron Kokkalanis GRE to 21 points. Ivan Pastor ESP follows on rank 3. The 4 - 6 ranked are within only 8 points from a medal. Richard Stauffacher SUI had a good day and climbed again on the 8th overall place. According to the weather forecast, the fresh seabreeze shall prevail, and advantage for the Swiss. The report of the day and the video.
