Diam 24 - Tour de France - Act 4 - Baden FRA - Day 1, Bernard Stamm SUI

Act 4 of the Tour-de-France began yesterday in the Breton Baden at the Morbihan Gulf with the coastal race started in a very light wind prompting the Race Director to shorten it on 9 miles only.
