Kieler Woche - Part 2 - Kiel GER - Day 1

The weather in Kiel remained summery with light winds on the first race day of the international classes. Two races were sailed in all classes. ----- Jean Glauser SUI took the lead with 1st and 2nd place in the ILCA 4, followed by Filippo Santi SUI in 5th place. ----- Heiko Kröger GER won both races in the 2.4m. Urs Infanger SUI is behind for the time being after an early start. ----- With 155 participants, the ILCA 6 has the largest fleet, including numerous participants who have previously competed in the Olympic section. This includes Monika Mikkola FIN, who is in the lead with two race wins. ----- All rankings, the daily report and the video of the day.
