At 10-15 knots, the conditions for the 5th race of the Gold Cup were somewhat more moderate. ----- Graham Bailey GBR and his team made the most of the inconsistent conditions and took the race win....on a 78-year-old wooden Dragon !!! Peter Gilmour JPN is in the lead in the overall standings, but Lawrie Smith GBR is only 3 points behind before today's final race. There is no discard in the Gold Cup.
