Yesterday, the second World Cup of the year ended in Hyères with the Medal Races in the dinghy classes. ----- Simon Diesch/Anna Markfort GER were the early winners in the 470, with Jordi Xammar/Marta Cardona ESP and Giacomo Ferrari/Alessandra Dubbini ITA completing the podium. ----- In the 49ers, Neville Snow/Ian McDiaramid USA took the win with a 3-point lead over Richard Schultheiss/Fabian Rieger GER, followed by Hernan Umpierre/Fernando Diz URU in 3rd place. ----- In the 49ersFX, Isaura Maenhaut/Anouk Goerts BEL narrowly kept the top spot, followed by Paris Henken/Helena Scutt USA, 2 points behind. Georgia and Antonia Lewin-Lafrance CAN follow in 3rd place. ----- In ILCA 6, Chiara Benini ITA won with a 2-point lead over Emma Plaschaert BEL, Anna Munch DEN follows in 3rd. ----- In ILCA 7, surprise man Nicholas Halliday HKG holds on to the top spot with a 2-point lead over Thomas Saunders NZL. Duko Bos NED follows in 3rd place. ----- And in the Nacra 17, John Gimson/Anna Burnet GBR won ahead of Gianluigi Ugolini/Maria Giubilai ITA.
