Perfect Biscayne Bay seabreeze conditions around 12kn prevailed yesterday and allowed to sail three races, catching up with the delay in the program.
Finishing 5/6/1, Charlie Buckingham USA (he finished 4th in the Lasers at the Miami Worldcup event last Sunday) and Austin Sperry USA (US-Olympian 2008) took the overall lead at equal points with Thomas Hornos USA with the reigning Star World Champion Pedro Trouche BRA as crew. On rank 3 follow Luke Lawrence/Alexeij Selivanov USA. With the race ranks 7 and 9, Hugo Fedrigucci FRA/Sébastien Guidoux SUI had a good day and advanced on rank 18. Jonathan Koch/Uli Seeberger GER, youth sailors from Lake Constance, could not improve their backmarker ranking.
