Circling winds from the shore prevailed yesterday during the two races at the Finn European Championship in Poland, and twice, the winner was Alican Kaynar TUR advancing on rank 3 overall. Alejandro Muscat ESP remained on top, but Giles Scott GBR reduced his backlog to one point.
