There was no wind yesterday in Montenegro, and the 128 participants of the U21 European Championships had to take a forced break. ----- After the first 3 races, Leopoldo Barreto ESP leads in the ILCA 7 ahead of Cesare Barabino ITA and Michal Krasodomski POL. Gauthier Verhulst SUI follows in 4th place out of the 88 competitors. ----- In the ILCA 6, Marilena Makri CYP leads ahead of Anja Von Allmen SUI and Rosine Baudet SUI.
