470, 49er - Invitational Test Event - Santander ESP - Day 3 -the Swiss

Yesterday, the qualifications for today's Medal Races of the Invitational Test Event before the Olympic Games were completed. ----- In the 49ers, Bildstein/Hussl AUT defended rank one ahead of Botin/Lopez ESP 4 points behind in second place, and Heil/Plössel GER 7 points back also remaining in the race for victory. Sébastien Schneiter/Lucien Cujean SUI in 10th are in the Medal Race as well. ----- In the 470, Xammar/Rodriguez ESP extended their lead to 11 points. Dahlberg/Bergström SWE and 4 points behind Costa/Costa POR will decide the other podium places.The best women's team Afrodite Zeghers/Lobke Berkhout NED in 4th are already 26 points behind rank 3.---- The Swiss teams achieved good individual results with 2nd and 4th place, but remained at the bottom of the ranking list after having left out day one. ----- All rankings and the report (span).
