With a narrow lead of just 8 minutes, Pierre Quiroga FRA reached the finish of stage 3 yesterday after 4 days as the winner. Alexis Loison FRA follows in 2nd place, Alan Roberts GBR was 3rd. In the overall standings, Quiroga FRA extended his lead to 1 hr 53 min, Xavier Macaire FRA follows in 2nd place. ----- Nils Palmieri SUI struggled lucklessly, he moved up to 12th place during the leg, but at the finish was only 28th, 4 hours behind, and thus dropped back to 23rd place in the overall standings. ----- The start of the 4th and last stage is on Sunday.
