IMOCA Open 60 - Transat CIC - New York USA - Oliver Herr SUI wins protest

Oliver Heer SUI suffered serious damage during the Transat CIC, including a power failure. Thanks in part to contacts with his shore crew, he was still able to finish the race. The race organisers had lodged a protest against Heer for "unauthorised assistance". The jury has now rejected the protest, which means that Oliver Heer SUI has overcome another hurdle towards the Vendée Globe. The report.
