The 470 Medal Race started on time at 11.45 am. A 7th place was enough for Lara Vadlau/Lukas Mähr AUT to win the gold medal! Keiju Okada/Miho Yoshioka JPN improved to 2nd place, and Anton Dahlberg/Lovisa Karlsson SWE took bronze. Yves Mermod/Maja Siegenthale SUI could not improve further with an 8th place in the medal race, but as 8th overall they won an Olympic diploma, already the 4th for Switzerland. ----- The ranking.
