20 years www.sailing-news.com !

On 1 February 2005, we went online with our sailing-news.ch for the first time. The past 20 years have been a turbulent time in sailing: foiling technology has significantly changed the sport in all areas, and new disciplines such as kiteboarding and wing foiling have made a successful start. But there have also been rapid developments in the presentation of sailing, our specialty! In 2005, we were one of the first news portals to help the image/short text format achieve a breakthrough, and today we are still one of the global pioneers of sailing journalism with the consistent insertion of all live broadcasts! Thanks to our high (and growing) readership figures - in Switzerland alone we reach 100,000 people interested in sailing - we have created a showcase for Swiss sailing like never before. We have numerous plans to expand our services ..... but we are still fighting for sufficient funding: we hope to win back more advertisers this spring ..... as we represent by far the biggest nautical market in Swiss sailing - at still moderate rates. Until then, we will continue to rely on your voluntary subscription contribution (or a birthday present). Your generous support helped us through the Corona crisis over the past years.
