Ice-Sailing - DN Grand Master Cup 2020 - Öxelösund SWE - Day 1

Sun and black ice welcomed the iceboating veterans at the DN Grand Master Cup 2020 in Sweden. After three races, Gustring SWE is on rank 1 ahead of Hans Erikson SWE and Holger Petzke GER. The triple Olympian Jean-Claude Vuithier SUI met the expectations with the ranks 1 and 3, but was forced to abandon the 3rd race, dropping him on rank 11 overall, just behind the Olympic medal-making coach David Howlett GRB (with Ben Ainslie GBR, Ian Percy GBR). 28 sleds from 9 nations participate. ----- The results and the event facebook page with photos.
