F50-Catamaran - Sail GP 2024 - San Francisco CA, USA - Day 1

There was plenty of wind yesterday at the start of the Sail GP final. For the first time this season, the teams sailed with the smaller wing sail. 'Team France' with Quentin Delapierre FRA mastered the conditions best and took the lead with places 1/3/3. 'Team GBR' with Giles Scott GBR is 3 points behind. Another point back is 'Team Denmark' with Nicolai Sehested DEN. France is therefore on course to qualify for the grand final and displace the Spaniards from third place.
