Trophée Jules Verne - Day 3 - Both trimarans out !

After just three days, 'SVR Lazartigue' with François Gabart FRA had to retire yesterday with a damaged foil after a collision with flotsam, followed by 'Sodebo' with Thomas Coville FRA in the afternoon, whose central rudder was torn off the center hull. Both trimarans are on their way back to Lorient and hope that the damage can be repaired in time for a second attempt at the beginning of the year. ----- The report.
