Fastnet Race - Day one

Since yesterday, Saturday, the Fastnet Race (preview on YouTube) has been slowly underway. ----- In the ‘Line Honors Multihull’ category, Tom Laperche FRA's (with Frank Cammas FRA and Peter Burling NZL) Ultim favorite ‘SVR Lazartigue’ is in the lead, ahead of ‘Actual Ultim 4’ and ‘Banque Populaire’. ----- In the ‘Line Honors Monohull’ category, SHK Scallywag HKG is in the lead. The first 10 keelboats are sailing within 15 nm and the positions are changing every minute. Justine Mettraus SUI, on the IMOCA ‘Teamwork/Team SNEF’, was in 6th place. ---- - The Race Tracker shows the positions of all categories under the ‘Leaderboard’ link. ----- The event website.
